Haddonfield Among 10 Best New Jersey Towns For Families

HADDONFIELD, NJ — Haddonfield is among the top 10 towns in New Jersey to raise a family, according to one resource.

New Jersey Family, a resource for local parents, has announced New Jersey’s "Best Towns for Families 2017," and Haddonfield is No. 6 on the list.

The list ranks 511 New Jersey towns "through the lens" of how family friendly they are, from top to bottom. The town of Clinton, located in Hunterdon County, topped the list.

“This year, we reworked our algorithm to take a deeper dive into high school performance while also weighing things like safety, how affordable a town is, average commute time and more criteria that matters to families,” says Cindy Mironovich, New Jersey Family’s publisher and founder.

Gibbsboro was the only other Camden County town in the top 100, coming in at No. 28. Cherry Hill was ranked No. 102, and Voorhees was No. 136. Haddon Heights was No. 263, Oaklyn was No. 367 and Collingswood was No. 422.
