Haddonfield, Haddon Schools Among Top 100 In NJ In New Rankings

The Haddonfield and Haddon Township school districts are among the top 100 districts in the state, according to data compiler Niche.

Both the Haddonfield and Haddon Township public school districts are among the top 100 districts in the state, according to data compiler Niche. Haddonfield is ranked 16th in the state among school districts for 2020-21, while Haddon Township is ranked 96th.

Each New Jersey district received a letter grade in the following categories: Academics; Diversity; Teachers; College Prep; Clubs & Activities; Health & Safety; Administration; Sports; Food; and Resources & Facilities.

Haddonfield received an overall grade of A+, and it was the highest-ranked district in Camden County. It received A+ grades for academics, teachers, college prep and health and safety; an A for administration and clubs and activities; a B for food and resources and facilities; and a C- for diversity.

Haddon Township, ranked third in Camden County, received an overall grade of A-. It earned an A+ for health and safety; an A for teachers; an A- for academics, college prep, sports, clubs and activities and resources and facilities; a B+ for food; and a C+ for diversity.

To arrive at the rankings, Niche looked at data from the U.S. Department of Education as well as test scores, college data, and ratings collected from Niche users. (You can read more about the methodology here.)
