Haddonfield Republican Club Sets Ground Rules For Virtual Forum
The eight candidates running for 3 seats on the Haddonfield Board of Commissioners have been invited to participate in the April 22 forum.
HADDONFIELD, NJ — The Haddonfield Republican Club has set some ground rules for its virtual candidates forum, which will take place via Zoom from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on April 22.
Commissioners Jeffrey Stephen Kasko and Colleen Bianco Bezich are running for re-election. Adam Puff, Kathryn Raiczyk, Kevin Roche, Mark Rusc, Frank Troy, and Daniel Zhang are also running for the three open seats. Mayor Neal Rochford has opted not to run for re-election.
The Republican Club invited all eight candidates to participate in its non-partisan forum, which will be moderated by past president Susanne LaFrankie-Principato. Five have responded, according to the club.

Each candidate will have time to make a two-minute opening statement, followed by a question and answer session. They will have an alphabetically rotating speaking order, by last name, with the first speaker changing with each question. The first round will be in the following order; Kasko, Puff, Roche, Rusc, and Troy. The second round will be Puff, Roche, Rusc, Troy, Kasko, etc. This rotation will continue for each round.
One question will be asked per round, so everyone will be answering the same question. Each candidate will have up to two minutes to respond. The moderator will indicate when time is ending by raising her hand when there are 15 seconds remaining. The club expects enough time for five questions.
