Mayor Randy Teague Clocks 7th Best Haddon Twp. Time in 10K Bridge Run

The annual race across the Ben Franklin Bridge saw 3,400 runners finish, with proceeds benefiting the Larc School in Bellmawr.

He's not running for office this year, but that doesn't mean Haddon Township Mayor Randy Teague is standing still.

Far from it.

Teague, 50, notched a 7th place finish Sunday among township residents in the annual Ben Franklin Bridge 10K run. He was among at least 31 township residents in the 3,400 runners competing. It's hard to getting an exact number on how many township runners were participating because Haddon Township does not have its own mailing address. This list comes from a search of Haddon Twp., Westmont and West Collingswood. There is also a listing of "Haddon Towns" which cuts off the last three letters of township. Those additional results were considered when this story was updated at 2:20 p.m. today.

Teague finished 204 overall with an electronic chip time of 43:19.

Proceeds from the race benefited the Larc School in Bellmawr. The bridge is 1.8 miles across and a 10K race is 6.2 miles.

Congratulations to all the runners!
