Obituary: Elizabeth Holman Burg

ELIZABETH "Betty" HOLMAN BURG, 91, of the The Fountains at Cedar Parke, Atco, Waterford, born April 8, 1920; passed away peacefully on April 4. She was the wife of the late Neal D. Burg, dearly loved mother of Carol Burg of Atco. Barbara Birenbaum of St. George, ME and Bob Burg of Medford, NJ, loving grandmother of Michelle Haines (husband John) and Jeffrey Thomas Adams, Jr. (wife Bonnie), and great grandmother of 6. 

After raising her family, Betty returned to work as an executive secretary with advertising firm Lewis & Gilman in Philadelphia. In later years Betty and Neal especially enjoyed both American and European trips to visit friends and family in her parents’ native Norway.

Mrs. Burg’s friends are invited to her Memorial Service, Wed., April 11^th, 2 PM, at the First Baptist Church of Haddonfield, 124 E. Kings Hwy, where she had been a longtime member.

Interment is private.  Memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Burg’s name to the Animal Orphanage of Voorhees, P.O. Box 1363, 419 Cooper Road, Voorhees, New Jersey 08043.  Arrangements by of Haddonfield.
