Russell Stein, 97, formerly of Hamilton Square, died on Monday.
He was the beloved husband of the late Bertha (nee Herman), loving father of Myra S. Kain (Gene) of Haddonfield, grandfather of Michael S. Kain (Lois) and Rachel L. Downie (Patrick) and great grandfather of Emma Choi Kain. Mr. Stein, a proud graduate of Rutgers University, had been a longtime bacteriologist for the state.
His family will receive friends on Friday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at , 15 West End Ave., Haddonfield; where his service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
