Patch/NJ Aid for Animals Pet of the Week: Ruby
Together with NJ Aid for Animals, Patch brings you an adoptable "Pet of the Week." This week: meet Ruby!

New Jersey Aid for Animals advisory board member Kelly Matthews submitted the following to Patch:
Meet our beauty, Ruby! With her liquid brown eyes and ever-changing looks, she is hard not to fall in love with. Ruby is tan with white dappling on her face and chest, and weighs in at a petite 35 pounds at just under 12 months old.
In the time we've spent with her, she has truly stolen our hearts, spending frequent nights cuddling on the couch after a romp in the yard. She is up-to-date on all shots, housebroken, crate-trained and spayed.

Ruby loves other dogs (spending her days at doggie day care with sometimes up to 40 dogs!), so if you have another dog and need a companion, she is your girl. Great with kids, too.
Ruby had a rough start in life on the streets of Camden City, and NJ Aid for Animals rescued her. We would love nothing more than to see one of the Patch readers give her a family to call her own. To fill out an application (fenced yard only please) to bring Ruby home, please go here.
