POLL: Memorial Day Weekend — Staying Home Or Heading Out?

With Memorial Day weekend fast approaching, we would like to ask our readers about their plans.

This is a weekend of reflection, and a way to honor veterans for their service to the country. For many, it's considered the unofficial start of summer.

Are you staying in the area, having friends and family over to welcome summer on the Jersey Shore? Are you going to brave the traffic and the crowds and venture out to the beach?

Or are you fleeing from the Memorial Day craziness here at the shore, to hide out with relatives or friends somewhere in the wilds of Pennsylvania?
