Santa Claus Arrives In Haddon Township Friday

Santa Claus will arrive in Haddon Township during the annual Holiday on Haddon parade that will march down Haddon Avenue on Friday.

HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ — Santa Claus is coming to Haddon Township this week. He will arrive during the annual “Holiday on Haddon” celebration on Friday, Dec. 6, along Haddon Avenue.

The celebration kicks off at 7:30 p.m. with the “Parade of Lights,” sponsored by the Westmont Fire Company No. 1. Decorated fire trucks, bands, floats, holiday characters, and Santa will parade along Haddon Avenue to the Haddon Township Municipal Building.

All of Santa’s helpers will be encouraged to help Santa light the tree. Children and families are invited for refreshments and photos with Santa after the tree lighting at the Westmont Fire Company No. 1.

Haddon Township will also be collecting unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items for the annual Holiday Toy and Food Drive during the event. Donations can be dropped off at the Westmont Fire House, 120 Haddon Avenue.
