11 La Creme Actors Appear in Annie. Interview with Patricia Pinto

HOBOKEN, NJ —La Crème Modeling & Acting NJ booked 5 actors and 6 actresses for the movie Annie with Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz. La Crème CEO Patricia Pinto let us interview her.

The movie was released in theaters on December 19, 2014. Annie (2014) is a remake of the original Annie movie which came out in 1982 and wasn't in HD yet. The film was produced by Jay-Z and Will Smith.

Where was this movie recorded?
Patricia Pinto: The movie was shot in NYC and New Jersey. The party scene was shot at the United Palace theater which is in New York.

What was it like to meet Jamie Foxx?
Patricia Pinto: My talent and I all had the amazing opportunity to hang out with Jamie Foxx on set. He was cracking jokes the whole time. He's very funny and he let us take selfies with him. My daughter Francesca Pinto also took a picture with him.

What did your actors have to wear?
Patricia Pinto: Our talent appeared in many scenes. For the party scene they were asked to dress upscale, suits for the boys and dresses for the girls. Some had to pretend to be eating candy along with Annie and the foster girls.

What did your talent do?
Patricia Pinto: They all played different roles. A few played friends of the foster girls. Others played body doubles.

What did the body doubles have to do?
Patricia Pinto: Production put wigs on them and asked them to wear similar clothes as the person they were imitating.
