4th Of July Fireworks 2021 Near Hoboken

HOBOKEN, NJ — Coronavirus cases continue to drop across the country while the number of those who are fully vaccinated continues to rise, which means there is even more reason to celebrate this Independence Day. July 4 is almost here, so it's time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you.

Hoboken's city spokesperson confirmed that, just like in past years, there are no city-sponsored events in town for Independence Day. But here are some nearby:

What: Jersey City July 4 "Freedom and Fireworks" Event

Where: Night Market at Exchange Place; See map of places to watch here or here

When: July 4, 2021: Night Market from noon-10 p.m.; fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

Other Area Fireworks

• State Fair Meadowlands in East Rutherford is holding fireworks on July 3 and July 4. Find out more here.
• Macy's will have its annual display over the East River at 9 p.m., and Hoboken residents may be able to see it from Pier A or Pier C parks. Find out more here.
