Are You A Satisfied NJ Transit Customer?

New Jersey Transit has invited Hoboken's commuters to chime in about what could be better on Tuesday afternoon.

A "we are listening" forum will be held outside the waiting room in Hoboken from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. 

The get togethers are meant "to give customers the opportunity to speak directly to NJ Transit general managers of operations and senior level staff," according to NJ Transit.

The feedback from commuters will go into the agency's "scorecard."
