Car Full of Belongings Stolen on Washington Street in Hoboken
Golf clubs, a cell phone and the car itself were stolen while the victim stopped in a local store, police said.

A $50,000 car was stolen earlier in the week, when its owner stopped inside a Washington Street convenience store for a few minutes, police said.
The car itself — a silver Audi — containted a set of golf clubs ($2,400), a blackberry ($400) and a car seat ($300), according to police.
The incident happened a little before 9 a.m. on Monday, at Fifth and Washington Streets, police said.

The victim told police he had left his keys in the car, but that the engine wasn't running, according to reports. He told police he stops at the store every day, but usually doesn't leave his keys in the car.Â
The thief fled the scene and no arrests were made.
