George Rogava is a Realtor-Associate® with experience working in real estate development and understands the business aspect of real estate incredibly. He has great knowledge of both Bergen and Hudson County and is able to use that expert local knowledge, along with tenacity and drive, to help his clients find the property of their dreams. While not servicing his clients, George enjoys snowboarding in his spare time and is fluent in Russian and Georgian.

Elio Garcia is a Realtor-Associate® specializing in the Hudson County area with both buyers and sellers. Elio focuses on both the residential and commercial side of real estate, and is joining The Maikol Puebla Homes Team. His compassion, superior customer service skills and attention to detail will make him a valuable asset throughout the entire process of selling and purchasing a home. He is excited to be able to help out first time buyers find their dream home and help investors make wise decisions.

Annette Kim Lee has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. As a Korean American, she has remarkably established herself here in the states as a New Jersey licensed Broker-Associate, specializing in Bergen and Hudson County. Annette has received multiple accolades for her success through various awards such as the NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Award in both silver and bronze. Prior to real estate, Annette worked in the head office of the sales marketing division at Fila Cosmetic Company, as well as the Chanel Beauty Department. She applies the vital client skills, marketing strategies, and management services she acquired in her previous work experience in her real estate career now. In addition to these skills, Annette also prides herself on her ability to manage public relations and her eye for design. David Guzman specializes in residential real estate with both buyers and sellers in the Hudson, Bergen, and Passaic County areas. Before real estate, David worked in digital marketing, specializing in video and photography content creation. He will be taking the skills he learned there and putting them towards real estate. David founded a real estate digital media company, which was what ultimately sparked his interest in assisting clients with buying and selling homes. Coming from a strong digital marketing background helps David offer more to his clients and their properties. In his spare time, David loves to spend time with his family, and enjoys reading, outdoor activities, landscape photography as well as crossfit training. David is also fluent in Spanish, so he is able to support Spanish-speaking clients with the home buying and selling process.
