City Council Elects Marsh To Be New President
City Council reorganized itself Wednesday night.
During Wednesday night's council meeting Councilwoman-at-Large Carol Marsh was elected unanimously to be the new council president.
Councilman-at-Large Ravi Bhalla will serve as the new vice president.Â
Councilman-at-Large David Mello was appointed to be the council's representative to the Planning Board.Â
