Developer Withdraws Request for Noise Waiver
SJP Properties have withdrawn an application to be able to do construction on Saturdays.

Earlier on Wednesday, the city announced that SJP Properties will not be asking for special permission to be able to do construction on Saturdays.
"The resolution requesting a construction noise waiver for SJP Properties has been pulled from tonight's agenda at the request of SJP. The resolution will NOT be heard at tonight's meeting," stated the city's Facebook page.
The waiver was proposed late last month to the chagrin of local residents.
