Born in Los Angeles into a world of instability and poverty and raised with his six siblings by a single mother, Henry Cejudo defied all odds as he chased his Olympic dream.  His awe-inspiring story unfolded before an international audience as Cejudo became the only American wrestler to bring home the gold during the 2008 Games, a feat which kept U.S.A. Wrestling's four decade gold medal win streak alive. His unbelievable story of triumph and determination is now available for the world to share in his autobiography, American Victory, Penguin Group, USA, which he co-wrote with Bill Plaschke, a sports columnist for the Los Angeles Times since 1996 and a regular panelist on ESPN'S "Around the Horn."Â
