Five Hoboken Businesses With Merry Holiday Storefronts
These five Hoboken businesses have filled their windows with moving trains, changing photos, and more. Know of others? Post your own!
HOBOKEN, NJ —Several Hoboken businesses have gone above and beyond to deck their storefronts with holiday decor, including moving trains, pictures with a holiday image that constantly changes, and in one case, a plastic skating rink with small figures that move. Click the arrow above to see more.
Muller Insurance, a business founded on Washington Street in 1906, wows the crowds with its moving displays all year 'round, but especially for the holidays. The family-owned business was started by German immigrant John Muller 113 years ago in the exact same spot.
Right Angle Framing at 1108 Washington St. has gotten into the spirit of Christmas with a tree portrait that changes colors (it's much less creepy than what they displayed for Halloween). But if you look closely, you can also see their locomotive that continually runs around the bottom of the storefront. If you've got a train-loving toddler, bring him or her to look!

Louise & Jerry's Tavern at 329 Washington St. went for the classic approach. The bar has a rich history and in its earliest days, co-owner Louise Grieco did not allow any cursing in the bar, and didn't want women to play pool.
Click the photos to see all of them. Of course, we only got to a handful. So if your local business has great holiday decor, or if you snap a photo of one that does, contribute it to this page by creating a neighbor post here!
