Freddie Moret, Long Time Hoboken Employee, Passes Away

Freddie Moret, who served the city's environmental services department as superintendent of parks, passed away. He was 55.

Moret started working for the city in 1977 and spent decades working at the Municipal Garage.

Moret passed away while on a group trip to Italy, organized by St. Ann's Church. His body will be flown back to the United States later this week.

Funeral arrangements will be made by Failla Funeral Home.
