Hoboken Group Holds Camp And Activity Fair For Kids
The annual 'Cabin Fever Festival' will take place this Sunday in Hoboken, with several camps and vendors.

HOBOKEN, NJ — The Hoboken Family Alliance will host its 17th annual Cabin Fever Festival this coming Sunday. It's is an open house for local businesses catering to kids, with sample kids' classes, activities, live music and dance performances, and camp vendors.
While you meet instructors and camp counselors, the kids can cure their "cabin fever" with arts activities, face painting, balloons, and more.
The event runs 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at The Brandt School (215 Ninth St., Hoboken). Cabin Fever, is free for HFA Members (see link below to sign up as a member) and $20 per family for non-members.

During the festival, the HFA will announce $15,000 in Community Neighbor Award Grants to be awarded. Funds raised at HFA events will go to Hudson CASA (which works with foster kids), Family Promise, the Hoboken Historical Museum, HOPES, In Jesus Name, Jubilee Center, Mile Square Theatre, True Mentors, and Women Rising.
As a non-profit organization, HFA has given over $500,000 back to the community over the past 18 years through grants, college scholarships, event programming and financial donations.

They organize various programs throughout the year, including toy and pajama drives, backpack drives, summer food drives, a holiday party, a bike camp for children with special needs, an education forum for school programs, and several more events.
