Hoboken PD Arrests Man Yelling in McDonalds

Police blotter

A 24-year-old Stanhope man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on Sunday around 1:40 p.m., according to police reports, after causing a disruption in the McDonald's on Washington Street.

Police officers found Keith Kaskie yelling and cursing at one of the cashiers at the establishment, according to police reports. According to the report, the cashier in question told the officers that Kaskie was aggravated because the cheeseburger he wanted was not available.

The officers asked Kaskie to leave, but he would not comply and kept on yelling, police said. He left the restaurant, police said, but then tried to re-enter immediately. Kaskie, again, started yelling and cursing, according to the police report.
