This recognition was on top of a slew of other honors received by Biggs and her team. For the sixth year in a row, The Jill Biggs Group was the number one producer in all of Hudson County. The team was also recognized with the Coldwell Banker Realty International Society of Excellence Award, the company’s highest honor reserved for the top-performing Coldwell Banker teams in the U.S. and Canada, not to mention being the No. 1 team nationally for rental income. Individually, team leader Jill Biggs earned the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® at the uppermost Platinum Level for 2020. And to cap it all off, 2020 was the year Jill surpassed $1 billion in career sales.
