Metered Parking not in Effect in Hoboken Until After the Holidays
Metered parking in Hoboken is free until January 2, 2013.
The city council voted to waive metered parking for the holidays, with the goal of making shopping in Hoboken a little easier.
In a 6-2 vote — Council members David Mello and Jennifer Giattino voted "no" — the measure was approved.
Metered parking will not be in effect from December 20 through January 2.
