On Tuesday, the appellate court will hear the law suit that is still ongoing about whether or not Jim Doyle can serve as Hoboken City Councilman. Because of the vacant seat, the city council has been deadlocked for multiple months. After the hearing on Tuesday, it can still take between four and six weeks before a decision is made.
