NJ Transit Leases Second Floor Of Hoboken Office Building
NJ Transit will move its employees over from the historic Hoboken Train Station.

National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC) recently announced that NJ TRANSIT Corp. has leased the entire second floor at its 95,000 square foot Baker Waterfront Plaza in Hoboken, NJ. This 11,168 square foot lease will relocate NJ TRANSIT employees currently housed in the historic Hoboken train station directly across from Baker Waterfront Plaza.

NJ TRANSIT Corp. currently occupies two other suites in the building and has been a tenant for approximately 10 years. NJ Transit is the nation's third largest provider of bus, rail and light rail transit, linking major points in New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia.

Located at Two Hudson Place, the property overlooks the Hudson River and is situated directly across from the NJ TRANSIT Hoboken Terminal. The Hoboken Terminal provides train, bus, light rail, ferry and PATH services that offer immediate access to New York City and the transportation network of Northern New Jersey. The Holland Tunnel is located only ½ mile south of the property, while access to Routes 1 & 9 and the NJ Turnpike are approximately one mile southwest.
