Package Thief Caught on Video Stealing From Apartment Building

Hoboken Police hope footage from a surveillance camera will lead to the arrest of a thief who has been stealing packages from city apartment buildings for months.

The man is seen on video scoping out the building, then walking into the lobby behind a tenant, waits until the coast is clear and then loads packages into a plastic garbage bag.

Police advise other options to help prevent these kind of thefts, including using a Post Office Box and requiring a signature for delivery, according to CBS New York.
