Pilsener Haus & Main Street Pops Launch Arts Program
A new Pop-Up Arts series of events will highlight local artists, makers and creators
Pilsener Haus, NJ’s most authentic Biergarten, has partnered with local Pop-Up Programming powerhouse Main Street Pops to bring an exciting new series of Pop up Arts Programs to Hoboken.
The series will feature various pop-up cultural events including local artist exhibitions, artisan markets, film screenings and other arts-related happenings, bringing much excitement to the hot Northwest Hoboken neighborhood. Main Street Pops and Pilsener Haus hope to create a community gathering place that will enhance the quality of life for Hoboken’s residents.
They will launch in November with an Art Show featuring the “Powerful Women’ Series by award-winning Hoboken artist Brittany Vogel, followed by an Outdoor Holiday Artisanal Gift Market during the first three Saturdays in December (Dec. 5th, 12th and 19th), featuring many local artisans and makers.
Vogel’s buzz-worthy “Powerful Women” series is very timely, featuring mixed media on canvas portraits of extraordinary women in history such as Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Harriet Tubman, Susan B. Anthony and Nancy Pelosi.
The show runs from November 4-30, kicking off with an Opening Night reception on Wednesday, November 4th, and the artist will live sketch on Wednesday, November 18th.
