Police: North Bergen Man Sustains Injuries in Aggravated Assault
The incident took place early Sunday morning.

A little before 3 a.m. on Sunday, Hoboken police found a man with injuries to the face on Hudson and Newark Streets, according to reports.Â
The 26-year-old Victim had been assaulted by a man in a gray t-shirt, police said, and blood was coming from his nose.Â
The North Bergen resident, said that he was punched in the head multiple time by an unknown man, according to police. A friend who was with the victim said that the suspect had been at the same bar earlier in the evening, according to police.Â

The victim's friend told police that the alleged attacker may be an old acquaintance, but that couldn't be confirmed, police said.Â
