Police: NY Man Hits Teen in Head With Tool Bag During Dispute

25-year-old charged with assault for Sunday incident at Hoboken PATH station.

A New York man has been accused of hitting a teen in the head with a tool bag Sunday at the Hoboken PATH station.

Luis Rondon, 25, was charged with assault after witnesses told police he struck an 18-year-old Queens man during an argument inside the station near Track 2 at about 1 p.m. Sunday, according to NJ.com.

Port Authority Police broke up the fight. The victim required several stitches and Rondon was arrested and posted $7,500 bail, according to the report.
