All service on the PATH train, the George Washington Bridge, Holland and Lincoln tunnels and Staten Island crossings will cease at 11 p.m.

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced that all river crossings into New Jersey, including the Port Authority Bus Terminal, the PATH train, and all bridge and tunnel access will be suspended at 11 p.m., as a major winter storm is expected to drop up to two feet of snow on the region.
The river crossing ban extends to the Goethals Bridge and Outerbridge Crossing, which cross Staten Island into New Jersey.
The PATH train, which connects Midtown and Lower Manhattan with Jersey City, Hoboken and Newark, will shift to a weekend schedule at 9 p.m, and then operate another two hours, before halting service.
