Still Time To Sign Up for 5K

Heatwave or no heatwave, Party with Purpose is hosting its annual 5K on Tuesday afternoon. 

The 6th Annual PWP Hoboken 5k, Kids Events and After Party is Tuesday, July 13th. Registrations have been booming so we expect this year's race to be bigger and better than ever. (Last year sold out so be sure to register now!)

Qualify for Pre-Race Bag Pick Up If You Register Before 6:00 pm Today (Friday)Pre-race pick up includes everything you need prior to the race including your shirt, running chip and goodie bag. Pick up is available at Fleet Feet in Hoboken located at 604 Washington Street from 12:00 - 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.

Online registration ends Sunday at 9:00 p.m. Register online NOW! Registration includes a goodie bag, t-shirt, and FREE admission to the after-party (while supplies last).

ADVICE TO RUNNERS- - ARRIVE EARLY ON RACE DAY. We expect a large crowd of over 1,500 people. Leave yourself plenty of time to check in, pick up your bag and stretch out. Take advantage of pre-race bag pick up on Sat and Sunday at Fleet Feet from 12-5. Bag check will be available on site at your own risk. We do not recommend you leave any valuables. - TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION- If you are arriving from out of town, take the PATH or NJ Transit. The race is only two blocks from the station. - IF YOU MUST DRIVE, do not even bother trying to find a parking space on the street...it will be impossible. The best thing to do is to park your car in one of the garages located near the starting line. Click this link for some options. (Also remember that Hoboken is a City and you will be arriving at rush hour. Expect traffic and delays getting in and out of the city.)

5K AFTER PARTY- Non-Runners Welcome! Don't forget to attend our amazing after party located a few blocks from the start of the race on the waterfront. The party features hundreds of great people, food, and awesome live music. We expect a big crowd so arrive early (there is limited room in the beer garden). Runners obtain free entry and guests are only $5. We will be serving beer, wine and food at reasonable prices. DONT FORGET YOUR ID AND MONEY (CASH ONLY!). More details here. The PWP 5k is now accepting TEAMS! Looking for a great way to get together with friends and run for a good cause? Create a team for work, your shore house, friends, relatives, neighbors...be creative! We have all the online tools available for you to invite and manage your team members...for free!
