Tatiana Team Reports Record Sales in Hudson/Bergen Housing Market

HOBOKEN, N.J. (March 12, 2021) – In just the first few months of 2021, Tatiana Wagnerova and her real estate team at Coldwell Banker Realty in Hoboken are breaking their all-time sales records as the housing market in Hudson and Bergen counties continues to experience intense demand from buyers.

On Jan. 29, Wagnerova closed on her listing at 314 Bloomfield St. in Hoboken, a meticulously renovated, turn-of-the-century brownstone for $2.45 million. On Feb. 5, a buyer represented by Wagnerova closed on 15 Laurie Drive in Englewood Cliffs, a newly constructed North Cliffs manor, for $3,225,000. Wagnerova is currently working with a buyer who is purchasing another Hoboken brownstone for $3.2 million in a cash deal that is due to close at the end of April. There were multiple bids on the second and third properties, which Wagnerova helped her clients successfully navigate.

This roaring start to the 2021 real estate market follows a successful year in which Wagnerova and her team earned the Coldwell Banker Realty International President’s Elite Team Award, an honor achieved by only the Top 10% of approximately 3,200 Coldwell Banker sales teams in the U.S. and Canada during 2020.
