Trespassing, ID Theft And Aggravated Assault
Laptop, iPad reported stolen from double-parked car.

The Hoboken Housing Authority arrested three people in the past week for trespassing on the premises, police said. The arrests were made by officers in the Housing Authority police bureau, said Sgt. Sam Williams.Â
Around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, police arrested 22-year-old Newark resident Jon Allison at 501 Marshall Dr. and charged him with defiant trespassing and being in possession of drug paraphernalia, according to police reports.Â
Officers were conducting a building sweep, Williams said, when they noticed Allison in the stairwell. Â Â

When police asked Allison what he was doing in the building he answered "man you know what I’m doing," according to police reports. Police said that Allison had been warned for trespassing numerous times before and that he's known with the Hoboken Police Department. Â
A little after midnight on Monday, police arrested 24-year-old Hobokenite Ricardo Muniz for trespassing at 510 Jackson St., police said.  On Friday afternoon around 1:30, police arrested 19-year-old Bryan Hansen from Reading, Penn., at 311 Harrison St., police said.Â

Trespassing has long been an issue in the Hoboken Housing Authority.
CREDIT CARD THEFT
A 44-year-old Hoboken man reported to the police that somebody was trying to use his credit cards without his consent, police said. The victim came into police headquarters, police said, to report that somebody had been pretending to be him and trying to use his Capital One credit cards.Â
Police said that this will be investigated by the credit card company.Â
ALLEGED AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
An aggravated assault took place at the Village Pour House around 1:30 a.m. on Friday, according to police reports, when a 26-year-old Hoboken male was hit in the head with a beer bottle.Â
According to reports, the victim told police that he had instigated the altercation, which soon turned physical. Police said it was unclear what the argument was about. No arrests were made and the victim still had to decide if he wants to press charges, police said.
LAPTOP, IPAD STOLEN FROM CAR
A Hoboken woman had her $3,000 laptop stolen, as well as a camera and an iPad, after leaving the items in the car for five minutes, according to police reports. The theft took place at Sixth and Madison Streets, where the 30-year-old woman had double parked her car, police said.Â
Police found the car with the passenger window shattered and lights flashing, according to reports. The woman's leather purse—which was left on the back seat—wasn't stolen, police said.Â
Sgt. Williams advised people not to keep any valuables—GPS, laptops, cameras, etc.—in cars overnight unsupervised.
