Hopatcong Police Arrest Another Man For Cocaine Possession
A young woman was also arrested for possession of paraphernalia.

Hopatcong Police arrested two people for cocaine and paraphernalia possession, respectively, after spotting a vehicle that had one of its brake lights out that drifted into another lane.
Austin Davidson of Mayfair Lane Andover, 19, and Anna Rossi of James Street Stanhope, 18, were arrested at 11:19 p.m. Friday after an officer smelled burned marijuana upon approaching the vehicle.
Officers questioned Davidson, who was driving, and Rossi, his front-seat passenger, and searched the vehicle. Police found a playing card box with a small bag of marijuana inside, a pack of rolling papers, two pipes with marijuana residue and another small bag with white powder that field test determined was cocaine.

Davidson was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, failure to keep right, possession of CDS in a vehicle and a provisional drivers violation. Rossi was charged with possession of paraphernalia for the two pipes. Another 17-year-old passenger in the backseat was not arrested.
Davidson and Rossi were taken into custody, charged and released.
