Jersey 5 Cash Jackpot Ticket Worth $308k Sold In Morris County

The ticket, which was sold at SHK Food Store in Wharton, was one of three in New Jersey to successfully match all five winning numbers.

HOPATCONG, NJ ­— A winning Jersey Cash 5 Jackpot lottery ticket that is worth more than $308,000 was sold at a Morris County retailer on Monday after three tickets successfully matched all five winning numbers in Monday’s drawing, the New Jersey Lottery announced Tuesday.

The three winners will split the $925,659 jackpot, which makes each ticket worth $308,553, lottery officials said. The winning numbers from Monday’s drawing were 25, 28, 35, 36 and 45 with the XTRA number being 04.

The winning ticket in Morris County was sold at SHK Food Store, located at 321 Route 15 in Wharton. The store will receive a $2,000 bonus as will retailers in Trenton and Lakewood which sold the other two winning tickets, lottery officials said.
