Ski Hawks Re-Debut For Monday Show In Sparta
It's the Lake Mohawk-based competition waterski team's first show in more than a year.

SPARTA, NJ — The Lake Mohawk Ski Hawks are pumped up for their first show in over a year, with the award-winning, competition water-skiers having one planned on Memorial Day at 10 a.m., where spectators can grab a view of them, whether they're watching from a boat on Lake Mohawk or from The Boardwalk.
“Getting excited!” the group exclaimed on its Instagram Page on May 20.

“Our first show in over a year is just over a week away and we hope to see you there!” the Ski Hawks also wrote.
On May 23, a week before the planned upcoming show, the energized team shared on its Facebook Page, it spent the day readying for the 2021 waterski show season.

“We spent yesterday getting the boats, skis and ropes ready for the season,” they reported.
According to the group’s website, the team’s organization is a non-profit, that’s been around for close to 60 years, with more than 60 members between the ages of 5 to 55.
The Ski Hawks pride themselves in offering free waterski shows in Sparta's Lake Mohawk and other locations, including the footage below in the Meadowlands.
Those who miss Monday’s show can always catch the Ski Hawks practicing in Lake Mohawk, with the schedule on the team’s official Instagram Page stating they practice on the lake each Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to noon; and every Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to sunset.
