Sparta Police Ask Residents For Park Patience
The weather is warming and the recreation facilities aren't quite ready for us yet.
SPARTA, NJ - The weather is warming, the snow is melting and the Sparta Police are asking residents to remain patient while the Parks and Recreation Department are preparing for the spring season.
As the warm weather arrives, the police noted residents are eager to get in the parks, on the playgrounds, courts and fields.
"The Township Parks Department is working diligently to get our facilities open and safe to use as quickly as possible," they said. "We appreciate your patience as we complete our work. We will open each area as soon as it is ready to use safely."
