Sparta Real Estate Office Manager Honored

SPARTA, N.J. (Jan. 7, 2021) – Charlene Fiorita, branch vice president of the Sparta office of Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, was recently honored by the real estate company with its seventh annual Michael Scott Leadership Award. Fiorita manages approximately 90 affiliated sales associates representing home buyers and sellers throughout Sussex, Warren and Hunterdon counties. Fiorita was celebrated at a virtual holiday event on Dec. 17.

The Michael Scott Leadership Award was established to celebrate the life and achievements of Michael Scott, who was a greatly admired and respected office manager for Coldwell Banker Realty. For 14 years, Scott led the company’s top-ranked Westfield East office.

This annual recognition honors a Coldwell Banker Realty office manager who exemplifies the qualities that made Scott such a remarkable leader. The winner is: supportive of the company and shares their enthusiasm with the agents; passionate about what they do and strives to make a positive difference in the greater community through community service; goal-oriented and approaches every day with an affirmative attitude while managing a profitable office; caring and considerate of others, often thinking of themselves last; and a leader in every sense of the word.

Fiorita earned her New Jersey real estate license in 1986 and her broker’s license in 2001. She began her career with Coldwell Banker and was chosen to lead the Sparta office in 2011. Among her many accomplishments, Fiorita has been recognized as Sussex County Realtor of the Year and secured a place in the NJ REALTORS® Distinguished Sales Club. Fiorita has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative, At Home with Diversity, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certifications. Fiorita has also held many positions within the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®, including president. Fiorita is also involved with NJ REALTORS® and has served on the Garden State Multiple Listing Service Committee since 2003. She is active in her community with Coldwell Banker Cares and many other causes such as providing meals to the homeless in New York City.
