   Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Louis S. Sceusi, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on June 7, 2021, by Michael Sinegra.

   Sinegra, age 19 of Whippany, pled guilty to Burglary and Theft, third degree crimes.  Sentencing is presently anticipated for July 30, 2021.
   In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to entering a building at Willow Glen in Sparta Township on February 9, 2020, and taking a transport van.
