Unlicensed Drunk Driver Nearly Hit PD Vehicle, Arrested for DWI: Sparta Police
Diana Agana-Hutchings, 60, of Lafayette, crossed the double yellow line and nearly struck a police car with 2 officers inside: authorities.

SPARTA, N.J.– Sparta police said they arrested an unlicensed drunk driver who nearly struck a patrol vehicle last week.
Cpl. Rob Fraser and Officer Tom Herd were on patrol on Main Street near the Goddard School when a 2003 Buick approaching them crossed the double yellow lines and nearly hit their cruiser, Sgt. Dennis Proctor said.
The officers pulled the vehicle over and came to the opinion that the driver, Diana L. Agana-Hutchings, 60, of Lafayette, was under the influence, according to Proctor.

Agana-Hutchings was charged with DWI, careless driving, failure to maintain lane, unlicensed driver, and failure to notify change of address, Proctor said.
