Watch: Hopatcong Sophomore Score 1,000th Point

HOPATCONG, NJ - Sophomore Christy Brennan joined the 1,000 point club Tuesday night and our friends at Morris-Sussex Sports caught the milestone on video.

According to the a report in the New Jersey Herald, there are only two seniors on a Hopatcong team that is mostly made up of underclassmen, so Brennan will get a chance to keep improving along with her team.

“I hope to get a lot better as the years continue,” Brennan said in the report. “I want to make more progress toward everything with the team. I wouldn’t want any other team with me on my side for these past two years. They’re just amazing people.”

The milestone came in a 63-45 loss to Hackettstown.
