2 Jersey City Pizza Spots Among Best In U.S., Food & Wine Says

Razza and Bread & Salt make some of the best pizza in New Jersey, according to Food & Wine magazine.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Pizza lovers rejoice — two Jersey City pizza spots were named on Food & Wine's list of the best pizza places.

Food & Wine Magazine published a roundup on Thursday of the best states for pizza (New Jersey took the top spot, duh) and detailed the best places in each state to get a slice. Razza and Bread & Salt in Jersey City were named two of the best places for pizza in New Jersey.

"Before the world turned upside down, it had been established that some of the best pizza in the country was being made in Jersey City," Food & Wine's article reads.

Razza is at 275 Grove Street and each pizza is made with fresh and often local ingredients. The menu includes classics like Margherita pizza and twists like Jersey Margherita which is made with all Garden State ingredients. Razza is open for take-out only.

Bread & Salt is located at 435 Palisade Ave and offers "Roman-style pizza by the slice." Bread & Salt is open for pizza on Sundays only, but it's the perfect end-of-the-week treat.
