JERSEY CITY, NJ — A body was found in a tarp in a wooded area off Route 440 in Bayonne on Tuesday afternoon according to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.
The body was found on the northbound side of 440 by the 63rd St. exit. No information was released about the cause of death or the victim's identity. The incident is under investigation.
