Five Below To Open First Jersey City Location This Summer
The store has signage posted in a storefront on a strip mall in Newport.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — Jersey City discount shoppers have good news coming to them — Five Below is coming to Jersey City.
Signage for the store is already in place at 125 18th Street in Newport. The storefront used to be home to a Pier 1 Imports. The strip mall where the store will be located also features a Best Buy, Popeye's and Target.
Signs in the storefront read "Coming Soon! Summer 2021." A hard opening date was not available.

Five Below is a rapidly growing store marketed toward tweens and teens, offering everything from clothes and candy to knick-knacks and speakers for a price between $1 and $5. Five Below has 47 locations in New Jersey, according to its website.
