Jersey City Man Found Dead In His Apartment: Officials

The prosecutor's office is investigating and called it a 'suspicious death.'

JERSEY CITY, NJ — A Jersey City man was found dead in his apartment and officials are investigating it as a "suspicious death."

A 47-year-old Jersey City man was found dead in his Griffith Street apartment on Saturday morning, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office. Cause and manner of death are pending the findings of the Regional Medical Examiner’s Office.

The identity of the man was not released.
