Jersey City New Year's Baby Shares Birthday With Mom
Georgia Ferris of Jersey City was born at Englewood Hospital a few hours into 2020.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — One of Jersey City's newest residents born in 2020 shares a birthday with her mom.
Georgia Ferris was born at 2:58 a.m. to parents Patrick and Kara at Englewood Hospital in Englewood, an Englewood Health spokesperson said.
Kara Ferris and her daughter share a birthday, the spokesperson said.

The Ferris family is from nearby Jersey City in Hudson County.
The first baby born at Jersey City Medical Center was welcomed right as the clock struck midnight, the hospital reported.

Anuiry Restituyo and Emelys Contreras celebrated the birth of their third child, Esther. She was six pounds, 11 ounces and 19 inches long at birth, the hospital reported.
