Jersey City Resident Wins Olive Garden Lifetime Pasta Pass

Olive Garden estimated that the Never Ending Pasta Passes will be paid off by the owners' 45th bowl of pasta. They sold out in 1 second.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — A Jersey City resident was one of three New Jerseyans to win one of Olive Garden's new Lifetime Passes.

The passes grant people a lifetime of unlimited pasta, salad, soup, and breadsticks.

The two other New Jersey winners are from Little Falls and Union Township. They were picked during Olive Garden's annual Never Ending Pasta Pass promotion last week, Olive Garden spokesperson Meagan Bernstein told Patch.

In total, 525 New Jersey residents got one of the 24,000 Never Ending Pasta Passes available on Thursday. The passes grant their owners nine weeks of unlimited pasta, salad, soup, and breadsticks.

On Thursday, all 24,000 Never Ending Pasta Passes sold out in less than a second, according to the chain. Of those 24,000 customers, 85 percent opted in for the chance to get a lifetime pass.

Olive Garden estimates that the lifetime pass will be paid off, on average, by the 45th bowl of pasta.
