Liberty House In Jersey City Hosting Thanksgiving Dinner
Lobster bisque, turkey, glazed ham, espresso braised beef short rib, and mini pastries are some selections that will be offered.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — Liberty House in Jersey City is hosting Thanksgiving dinner Nov. 28.
The menu will have:
Appetizers
- Guinness glazed chicken lollipops
- Baby spinach tricolore
- Maine lobster bisque
- Oyster sampler
- Crispy calamari with artichokes and peppers
- Slow roasted garlic
- Organic field greens
- Organic baby kale Caesar
Entrees
- Traditional turkey dinner, including chestnut sausage stuffing, cranberry sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, and gravy
- Grilled filet mignon
- Seared Chatham cod
- Rotisserie roasted Long Island duck
- Glazed counry ham
- Espresso braised beef short rib
- Seared faroe island salmon
- Vegetable lasagna
Dessert will be a selection of mini pastries.

Dinner will be served from 1 to 6 p.m. It costs $62 per adult and $30 per child, which does not include tax, gratuity, or beverages.
