JERSEY CITY, NJ — A Michelin-honored sushi restaurant has opened a Jersey City location.

DOMODOMO, at 200 Green St., next to the Harborside rail station, will host its grand opening Monday.

DOMODOMO's menu centers around Domokase-style cuisine, which is a combination of four or five pieces of sushi alongside hot and cold selections, including a variety of made-to-order hand rolls featuring salmon, shrimp, lobster, scallops, and blue crab, among other selections.

Hot dishes include grilled octopus, roasted cauliflower, and Korean fried chicken.

The BOYB-restaurant features a minimalistic design of the original New York City location, with wood paneling and high ceilings.

DOMODOMO is hosting a sold-out dinner soft opening every day this week until Saturday. A soft opening was held for lunch last week.

DOMODOMO has partnered with ice cream maker Ample Hills Creamery and 9 Bar Cafe at Jersey City Urby on Green Street.
