The competition this year was intense: more than 500 holiday posters were submitted by Jersey City students. Today’s ceremony marks the 29th year that PATH and the Jersey City Board of Education’s Visual and Performing Arts Department have partnered to produce the poster contest.

“This is an annual highlight for PATH,” said PATH General Manager/Director Michael Marino. “I’d like to thank all of the teachers and talented students who work so hard in making this contest such a wonderful holiday tradition, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with the Jersey City Board of Education for years to come.”

Each of the winners received four tickets to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and complimentary 10-trip PATH SmartLink cards provided by the Port Authority to get the winners and their families to and from the show.
